Patented Airless Vacuum Gripper
Holding without active vacuum generation
The HS Airless Vacuum Gripper is the patented solution for handling tasks on closed substrate surfaces, without an active vacuum generator and thus also without energy-intensive air consumption. Here, a suction cup is combined with a de-energizing valve device to create a suction adhesive effect. An electrical impulse is sufficient to release the suction effect again.
In addition to integration into our robot construction kit, there are also possible applications, for example for use in gripping stations, on workpiece carriers in circulation systems with the advantage of media preservation, up to use on industrial robots and cobots.
Combination with robotsThe rounded design allows it to be used in a wide variety of robot applications, whether it is an articulated, lightweight or collaborative robot. The 3D-printed housing is made of a high-strength, resistant and fibre-reinforced plastic.

By means of an optional query, the range of functions can be expanded with a part presence query: The HS-DS C. The electronic pressure switch is available as an optional accessory.
